We Employ a Two-Phase Process
Pre Accreditation
Our pre accreditation phase focuses on your laboratory site & layout, position hiring, laboratory and office equipment installation and validation, business and marketing accounts setup. This crucial phase brings in the physical assets that will be needed to get your laboratory running as well as implementation of Quality Systems and Standard Operating Procedures. This is to prepare the laboratory for the requirements of keeping compliant with city and state regulators and third party accreditation bodies.
Post Accreditation
Once accreditation has been obtained, TCL provides quality audits to provide feedback for laboratory compliance, and any required corrective actions. This phase is implemented, in part, by performing biannual audits. The reports generated from these audits detail issues with company policies and procedures.
